LCCS has a vibrant Migrants I-CARE Ministry. LCCS Migrants I-CARE was established to champion Integration, Communication, Assistance, Representation and Empowerment for migrants residing here in Singapore. Over the past 10 years we have empowered more than 1000 migrants with Free life skills classes such as Spoken English, Basic Computer 1 & 2, Autocad 1 & 2. We also offer free counselling to these guest workers. LCCS provided free meals to guest workers in Yishun, Pasir Ris and Tuas area on Sunday Evenings.
